Policies & Procedures



Business Hours: Phone hours are 9am-9pm. Emails are answered at all hours. I check my voice mail and email frequently, and will make every attempt to get back with you within 24 hours.

Reservations: Reservations are not confirmed until you have spoken with me or received an email confirmation from me.

Payment: Payment is due in full at the Meet & Greet for new clients. Existing clients may leave payment with the signed Service Request on the day of the first scheduled visit. A $3 per visit late charge will be assessed to service that is not paid in advanced. Unpaid service may be canceled during the service period without notice at any time.

Holidays: Payment for services over holidays are due in full at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Holiday's include: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Cancellation Charges: (% applies to entire service period total)

  •  0-24 hours prior to any service and/or Holidays: Payment in full is charged. (no refunds)
  •  1-3 days prior to any service: 20% of service total is due. (equals an 80% refund)
  •  4+ days prior to any service: No charge, refund in full
Returned Checks: There is a $20 service charge for each returned check.
